Masterful job, no cost overruns.

Juan did a masterful job at totally renovating our basement to include:

Replacing wall paneling with drywall, installing recessed lights and new water-proof flooring, updating the bedroom and full bathroom, and totally renovating our large utility room so that it is now a multi-purpose room.

I highly recommend Juan and Pro-Builders because they were able to work on the project without our having to move out of our home; they installed above-builders’-quality materials and appliances; and there were no cost overruns – the initial estimated quote is what we ended up paying for the job.
